Which filament is best?
Each material comes with its own set of pros and cons.
PLA stands out for its ease of printing and absence of unpleasant odors. ASA, on the other hand, boasts a higher temperature resistance than PLA, although it is advisable to use a closed build chamber. Working with ASA may be somewhat more challenging, accompanied by a faint plastic odor; however, high-quality ASA can still be processed effectively.
In addition to PLA and ASA, there is a diverse range of filaments with impressive properties, such as PET, PETG, TPU, TPE, Nylon, Polycarbonate, and many others.

How can I cancel or modify an order?
Cancellation or modification of your order is possible as long as it has not been processed in our ordering system. However, once your goods are dispatched, no changes or cancellations can be made.

I would like to return the items I ordered. What steps do I need to take?
As a consumer, according to the law, you have the right to withdraw from your contract within fourteen days without providing any reasons. Therefore, you are welcome to return the products to us as long as they are in their original packaging and undamaged. Once the products have been inspected by us, we will, of course, refund the purchase price. If this period has already expired, simply contact us, and we will surely find a solution together.
